Start by thoroughly drying your teeth. Apply a long V34 strip to your upper teeth, pressing firmly to ensure a good fit. Repeat the same with a shorter strip on your lower teeth. Leave the strips on for 30 minutes to allow the dual-action formula to work. Then remove the strips, massage the remaining purple gel with a toothbrush, and rinse your mouth if necessary.
